Izumi is a geisha and the gold accents are a traditional headpiece that geishas wear.

Geisha don’t usually wear so many of those kanzashi. They would also be tortoise shell. These pins were more typical of courtesans, but I would expect more of them.

Just so you know, Thai princess isn't wearing a temple on their head. Its a headdress(sort of used like a crown) that is frequently used in Thai dance as well as other things. I belive its offically called a makuṭa (though I am not sure).

Omg! Similar thing happened to me when I got 10 boxes of this series from tokidoki. Only got 4 characters. Pretty sure I got 3 or 4 Star Fairy. Ugh! I feel extra let down watching this. So many duplicates, no chase. At least you got 7 characters!
