I kinda agree. Well she has always been kinda outgoing and likes to interact. Unfortunately, she is Sora. She always use to talk about how hard it is for her to interact, because of the status as hololive first idol. Even if she wanted people to treat her equally it was hard, even if other holomem wanted to treat her equally it could reflect badly on them. I think right now, because of so many more kouhai existing and many other kouhai of her's being super massively popular, its easier for her to just be one of the girls, instead of the holo first idol. She can do projects and collabs, that isn't centered around her but other or all members participating. A lot of her kouhai now have years on them now too, where before she always had 2-3x more time put in than other girls and was really senior to them. Now those kouhai with years on them are senior too, with their own kouhai that treat them like how they treated Sora.

I think it helped that some of the newer holomems don't treat her like an unreachable goddess Dai-Senpai. I know HoloX and Promise (Council+Irys) played a lot with her and treated her more like a normal member.
