WTH the girl that went up there showed no emotions at all!!!! You can totally tell that bill was going to like hug her cuz he got close to her but like he saw NO REACTION from her he just kept his hands up. Usually Bill let's the girls hug him first and then he responds by doing the same thing but this chick didn't.

Omg, when Bill's hands are up at the end of Schrei that girl should have just hugged him, I don't think he would have minded that... :) Bill was pretty close, so... And he always hugs the girls who are on the stage... I bet she does regret it now...:P
