I deal with the mint, which was out of control and taking over.
I deal with the sweet potatoes, which are also out of control and taking over, but not in such a minty way as the mint was taking over.
Frank and Des pop in with expert comment and analysis.

I've a feeling that mint will come back!! Maybe stick it in a pot? You can see why some people just grow potatoes tho. Does your missus like soya beans, shiso leaves, probably low maintenance to grow. Stay cool!!! 👍🏻

Yes, putting some of the mint into a pot is probably the best solution. It smells great, but spreads everywhere. I should try growing soya beans, edamame, everyone likes those. We've got a typhoon on the way, so the plot should get a good watering tomorrow!
