The best card shops and figure shops are in osaka. It also has the best nightlife and amazing clothing stores. A beautiful castle too. So yes its worth visiting its my favourite city in Japan. If you are into cards visit denden town its amazing. So much more stock and cheaper than tokyo

I don't collect one piece, so I didn't really pay attention, but there was definitely some.

Don't ever buy loose pack's they are remainders of boxes where they have pulled the SSR or SAR or if vintage they have definitely been weighed.

Depends on the place. If it's a famous card store, you can usually comfortably buy loose packs since these stores wouldn't risk their reputation. And for vintage, most Japanese vintage packs have a guaranteed holo, so there's no risk of weighing anyway.
