Whenever you feel embarrassed about never visiting Disneyland, remember that I went to Japan twice this year to ride rollercoaster but that I have never been on Wildfire despite living 40 min away from Kolmården. 😅

Didn't think the Frozen ride would blow my mind. The lighting and effects were....beautiful.

Nice that you don't have to understand what they are saying to feel the emotion and enjoy it. With your videos, we can almost feel the same thing as you. Thanks

The narration there is all in Japanese except for the safety spiels, but it doesn't really matter.

This place. We actually went on *the opening day* of Fantasy Springs! Our strategy for dealing with that was to not go there, since we only had one day, the whole park was new to us, and the interest in Fantasy Springs was making the crowds at the rest of the park quite light. Toward the end of the day, there was a sort of water pageant with floats in the Mediterranean lagoon celebrating the Fantasy Springs opening. If we'd spent a second day there it would have made sense to do Fantasy Springs. We didn't get one of the vacation packages with priority access... BUT some English-speaking tourists who had were leaving early and gave us their tickets! So we did have it, though we weren't supposed to. It was only to non-Fantasy-Springs stuff, and Journey to the Center of the Earth wasn't included so I had to do the standby line there, but damn, it was good. I think my favorite ride might have been Tokyo's Indiana Jones, though! It's amazing. Actually it's all amazing. Like everyone says, you could do zero rides, just vibe there and come away satisfied. My hot take is that 20,000 Leagues is underrated. I think a lot of people wanted it to be a thrill ride, which it's not, but it's still great.

I’m glad things still worked out for you! I actually forgot to leave a 20,000 review but I COMPLETELY agree, that ride is amazing!! Definitely the sleeper hit of the park

Subterranean Steampunk Test Track! As a big Jules Verne fanboy, Mysterious Island was the bucket-list area for me, and it delivered 100% though honestly the connection to Verne's actual work is tenuous.
