I kind of messed up the color on this one, and the sky ended up unrealistically blue, but it maybe the factor that gives a nice futuristic look to the video. Thanks for watching everyone!

害児 この動画の三菱ビルのようなロゴ宣伝のためだけにデカデカと機能がないオブジェをつける建物はないし建物の上に球体を置くようなものも殆ど見られなくなった。今の建築デザインは安全性機能性に重きを置くようになって遊びごころが入った建物は確実に減った。安全性機能性が確立された上でのデザイン性だから遊べる範囲も狭くなってる

I lived in a suburb of Tokyo in the late 60's early 70's. What you see in the pictures isn't half of how modern and almost futuristic Tokyo was and is today. I was completely amazed back then at what I was seeing. How a city and country so devastated by WW2 , was built up to such a high level in less than 20 years. Highrise modern buildings everywhere, highways, and a transit system only one could dream of. Obviously America had a lot to do with it, but then why didn't America put such effort into its own country.

@divinityinversace....Eminent Domain laws vary from country to country. Take USA for example, every state has 'Eminent Domain's where the government can buy private land and houses for the purpose for 'public interest' (meaning...destroying the houses purchased to widen roads or to build new buildings there). As per law, market price and depreciation value of the houses and buildings are taken into consideration before the Government buys these houses or buildings to make that locality look more beautiful. In India, only the market value is taken into consideration and NOT the depreciation value. So a very old and ugly house that needs a lot of repair may have to be paid the full market price...which is usually very expensive in areas that badly needed beautification. In the 60s and 70s Singapore did not care much about private property. Government just confiscated the property to develop the areas. People who lost their houses were forced to live as rent paying tenants in Government built flats. Solutions like this is impossible in countries like India where there are hundreds of political parties and no unity in creating a standard public policy amongst them.
