Been to Tokyo 2 weeks ago. Visited Harujuku, Ginza, Shibuya, Yokohama(not sure if it is in Tokyo), Akihabara, Mitaka (Studio Ghibli Museum) area. Loved that each area I visited has some distinct personalities that makes it unique to each place. Don’t have a favorite area ❤😂

Lived in Tokyo area. Hard to say what is the best area. That depends on the individual. Each area within the Tokyo area has its own distinct character which is what makes Tokyo cool. The only thing I’d have to say I really disliked was the packed trains on a regular basis, especially in the commuting crush hours. So, if staying a while, that may factor in to a person’s decision about where to go or stay. Tokyo is an amazing active city that functions well, with plenty of diversity and choices available.

Gorgeous travel video of my beloved Japan! ❤ Yes, I’ve lived in Tokyo twice. Great memories & excited to return for a 2 week holiday in July! Too many favorite areas to list, but as an ICU exchange student in Mitaka, my friends and I spent a lot of fun times in Kichijoji! 😊
