There's no reason to cook the lobster this way. You could've easily killed it before putting it on the grill. I have no problem with eating animals as they are delicious, but at least be humane about killing them.

Agreed. The Asians like their food fresh as possible to the table. That being said I suspect some like to see animals suffer as well.

Lamentable. Pueden hacer exactamente lo mismo, sin hacer sufrir a un animal. Para coger al cocinillas, meterlo en una olla a baja temperatura, y ir cocinándolo poco a poco, pa que quede tierno.

I was under the impression lobsters lacked the proper brain anatomy to feel pain? From an evolutionary standpoint, all their predators ate them whole, so they never needed to develop feeling pain. Supposedly what we're seeing is similar to twitching from sudden stimulus? Unsure. I'm no expert.

@@sayonara7903 I'm not vegan. I eat meat, but I don't kill animals that I consume, in this way. I subscribe to a religion that teaches its followers that any unnecessary suffering caused to an animal during its slaughter renders the meat not right to be eaten...We feed the animal before it is slaughtered. We make sure it is no thirsty or hungry. We cannot slaughter it if it is ill. We cannot boil it alive etc.
