I’m sorry for any confusion! 🥹 You might have noticed that initially, I had made a second channel to post the Japan travel vlogs, and intended to post more vloggy content there as well. After posting the first vlog, I felt uneasy. KZbin is Not my full-time job, are 2 channels really going to make sense if I can’t upload every week? I discussed it quite a lot with Pat and realised that most of my content on Cloudyhills is actually quite a blend of topics, not just DIY. Even in a DIY vlog that I’ve typically done in the past, I might be sharing a new recipe or how I’m doing… then which channel would a vlog like that go to? I wanted to create a segregation, but perhaps there just isn’t any need to? I might have been overthinking too much and ended up confusing both you and me... Anyway, I want to apologise for any confusion caused and stick to this decision finally: all kinds of content will be posted on “cloudyhills”! See you in a few days for the next Japan vlog, we’ll be travelling to Osaka! 🚅

You two are so cute! I love your DIY but I also really love these VLOG videos too. 💚💜💛 I loved Itoya! 8 years later and I still use the things I bought there! It was my favourite place, I even got the “itoya passport” and had every floor stamped in the book. I had the best tuna sandwich w/fries and ice tea at the cafe and I went to the second shop across the alley as well. I spent easily 6+ hours in both shops! 🎨🛍️💴🖋️😊

What was the name of that second shop? I was so in love with Itoya! I guess I could've spend much more time in there if it wasn't so crowded!

I’m hoping to go to Japan next year, and was eyeing the Muji Hotel! So nice to get a little preview, and I’m definitely going to spend way too long at Itoya 😂

I was just at Itoya recently too! Watching your video brought back the amazement and excitement of being in the huge stationary store. ❤️ Did you go to the basement? Its a whole floor of calendars and they have 3D potted plants, animals and houses as calendars! Very cute and pretty! The cafe on top had amazing deconstructed apple pie as well. If you didnt get the chance to go, can go there next time :D

Only when I was editting the video did I realise there was a basement! So sad that I didn't check it out now 😩 But yes, always another chance in the future!

We were wondering if it's bothersome to live somewhere near the Keikyu line, since there's always people with bulky luggages coming aboard! 🥹

The beautiful postcard showing at 9:44 is a persimmon tree, not strawberry pant. 柿子。On the card it says “Autumn of Persimmons" 柿の秋. By the way, your Vlogs are so cute always! :)

Hi, can I know how much you spent for the hotels? Really wanna have an idea. Thanks!
@cloudyhills11 ай бұрын
In Tokyo, we spent 150-250€ a night for 3-4 star hotels that were located in prime locations (Ginza, Shibuya, Haneda Airport). In Osaka, it was 90€ a night for a serviced apartment 15mins walk away from Namba!

You mean of nature? Actually, now that you mentioned it, not really! I guess it's because we live in the countryside and see nature all the time that we craved being in the city for 2 weeks 😆
