@@TokyoLofiRelaxing look i did my research i went and read through those legislations and others and the conclusion is that it is mainly up to youtube to decide. BUT i am missing a very important piece if info, i do not know how much the artwork has been worked on by a human if the answer is not at all than all your artwork does not have protection under any copyright law BUT if there is a human hand involved than the copyright is debatable at most but you d have to prove the human input in these paintings other than just writing a prompt. And regardless of all that i truly belive that monetizig artwork made by ai is not a very moral thing to do. So yeah id love to chat on this topic more but outside of youtube comments since this form of back and forth is quite limiting
