This was wonderful, please do more! I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd really like more insight into ink comparisons, maybe even a what type of ink goes best with what notebook. I'd also like to hear what your experience has been dealing with different companies and how their outlook may affect the types of products they create. I always enjoy the more conversational videos with just tons of information about pen stuff! especially the Japanese pens can be very hard to find information on & the pen community is great, but not very large so it's always nice to hear people talk at length about these things. So sad to get that confirmation on Sarasa Select. We have the multipens & have gifted several of them all w/the pencil mechanism. I really hope there will be other refills (including pencil) for them. That too would be much waste & a disappointment. Which BTW we really appreciate the way you all pack our orders eco conscious & safely.

If you have the pencil units you will be able to keep refilling them with whatever lead you like (size specific.) Hopefully an alternative whole unit comes out, though!

Ooh, I remember when I placed an order in early 2020 - everything went fine until the package left the US, but nothing got updated and I got no notifications from the Swedish end of it. Great communication with you guys, as always, but PostNord was pretty useless (also as always 🤦‍♀️). The package ended up arriving safe and sound, though! Bummer about the Sarasa Select! I have a love/hate relationship with custom multis - I adore them, but there's so, so much extra plastic wasted that I hate buying refills. If some very ambitious engineer could figure out a multi pen with a fountain pen style refill situation using bottled ink, I'd be all over that! I won't hold my breath for it, though 😅 Re-using packaging just seems sensible to me. The art stores I buy from do the same as well, I think it should be standard practice tbh. No added cost, gives the packaging an extra use before recycling, and, as you say, that packaging is specifically designed for this purpose. Everybody wins!

I totally get that feeling with the custom multis, and I suspect that the non-eco aspect of it is at the heart of whatever change is going on with it at Zebra Japan!

I just recently bought some pen and refill from you guys. The fulfillment was really fast. And arrived earlier than I expected 🎉 will definitely shop again ! Wondering if you will get Sarasa sepia black refill in 0.3 ?? I can’t find it anywhere else ❤

I'm so sorry, that product line has gotten a little confusing. They're not making the Sepia Black refill in .3mm, the closest I've come to is using the Sarasa Nano sepia black .38mm internal refill. Right now they're just making the .3mm refill for the regular Sarasa Vintage pens in blue-black, green black, camel yellow, brown gray, and cassis black. .5mm of course in all the colors. So the .38mm inside is my current hack for getting a finer Sepia Black refill close to .3mm.
