Yotsuya-Sanchome Station--> AkasakaMitsuke station(Tokyo metro Marunouchi Line) AkasakaMitsuke station --> Ueno station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line) Ueno station--> Narita airport (Keisei Line), To get SkyLiner is the best.

Are there taxi stands at the south gate? I found an old video from 2010 and I could see taxi stands but when I go to the exit south on google maps they changed the area now and there are no taxi stands anymore :s

As you can see, there's a transfer gate in between changing lines. It's separate fare structure, so separate tickets would be required. Just use an IC card such as Suica to simplify your transfer. This transfer is really easy, I've done it the other way, from the airport.

Isn't it faster to go to nippori or motoyawata to change for the keisei line?

Nippori way is faster than Higashi-nihombasi way, but it is troublesome for tourist to transfer at Nippori station. (yamanote Line To keisei Line).
