In today's Tokyo vlog, i will be sharing where we went Koenji (高円寺) where we had a great time shopping and exploring, then thrifting with my friends. There is nothing special about this vlog, but it is a daily life vlog. Also, We drank coffee at a nice cafe and lastly drank alcohol you know i tried my best to capture most of the moments. Hope this is helpful to those that are planning to visit Tokyo soon!

Koenji is such a great area, as the train line that serves it stops at so many cool areas on the way back to Shinjuku. I take it out as far as Kichijoji and get off at every station on the way back to Shinjuku. Great areas for people like us who like style, history, pop culture and DIY culture. A perfect day out with super easy travel so I always recommend it to first time visitors to Tokyo after they do the inevitable pilgrimage to the more well known area of Shimokitazawa. Also worth noting that loads of punk and rockabilly music venues are in Koenji too so it's worth going there at night too, for sure. Here's to your channel getting to 50k before Christmas 2024. 🤞🤞 PS= One of my favourite cafes is in Koenji but it's one of those hidden 'tranquility cafes' where you cannot talk and so they wouldn't appreciate you filming. I hope you'll go there to read a style magazine and have a great cup of coffee though: R-Za Dokushokan. You sit with your own private aquarium in a little antique booth, hidden from everyone at your own workspace bench. Sensational. I'm worried about telling people about this fantastic sanctuary in case it gets overrun with tourists who don't know the rules and ruin it for us all. But you should go Kimchi, a great place to scroll though images, read a fashion magazine, make notes and just drink and relax. The other 'tranquility cafe' I love is Violon, also in Koenji. Have you been to these places?☕☕
