The mountain scenery is so different to the walks in Tokyo, thank you for the great variety of video streams.

Enjoyed this video a lot. Thank you for taking the time to make this while on holiday, and also thanks to your wife for letting you do so. I know your nature walks tend to do less well than your city walks, but I always enjoy these. Especially when it ends with me putting another pin down on Google maps to go see it in person, eventually.

I know- amazing there's this last little snow hole and melt pond here when it's 32°C everywhere. I would have jumped into it!

Another cool video. Was that snow or salt on the mountain/near those mini lakes? Also, what was the elevation level of where you were on the mountain?
@TokyoExplorer3 жыл бұрын
This was 1600m above sea level. Snow, not salt.

Confessions of a Kazan Otaku: I love volcanology (wife thinks I'm weird)! I collect yogan (igneous rock) every chance I get!! I even use up stowed/carry on luggage allowance packing lava/pumice for flights, which really makes her mad (she wants to pack lots of edible goodies). I've got stuff from all over but if anyone wants to send me more? :>) Pumice or light glass types are cheapest + easiest to ship (lol). I've got 1/2 of Sakurajima here in our LA backyard, my friends say!🌋❤
