Nice station. Looks like an airport then a train station.

1:37 Central Station main entrance, revolving doors, and handle operated push doors. Disabled unfriendly. :( 6:00 Tasty looking eats at the bakery 6:30 A pet doggo in the station, and in a food area !?! 10:23 Face reveal. We see you! 11:00 The platforms are deserted compared to Shinjuku, Tokyo Central, or Shibuya. 12:57 Litter in the main waiting area. Ewwww! :( 13:05 Wonder how long it will be, before ME is demanding to have a child's suitcase of her own? Near on 200 views, and not even 50 LIKES. Pound the LIKE button, folks! TE needs MORE LIKES!

No worries, the push doors are disabled friendly 🙂

@@kebrl To blithely brush aside such a lack of access issue, you seem to have never tried to use such doors, while using a rollator walker, or wheelchair.

Very impressive building I especially like the treatment of the barrel vaulting of the main concourse. The colour and lighting. I couldn't help but make comparisons with our older Central Station in Sydney.

Actually literally the most complicated train station I know, besides Shinjuku and Tokyo C 😆

the station reminded me of the Marunoichi side of Tokyo station. broad passage way and the underground mall look familiar. ホームのへりには点字ブロックが設置されているようですね。残りの数日、楽しんでください。それでは、また。ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっ

In Europe you can never be sure if it's a homeless person or just a creative mind... I spend weeks on the way to work thinking a guy was only a hipster talking loud over his hands free headset....after a couple of weeks the clothes began to look dirty and worn of....than it became clear it was a "homeless" person talking to himself. IDK if there is anything to be learned out of this anectdote?

@@_MacGuffin_ ok, he is wearing an oversized suit that is not his, he has a 2 liters half drinked coke mixed with who knows what, a beard and hair not cut like in 2 years and all his belongings in a big IKEA bag, and his house is there too, actually he is hanging around there during the day and he tries to rest where he can with his 2 liter coke, he is a homeless for sure.

@@spinnito You are soooo superficial. Maybe he is a well payed actor and preparing for a role and doing his research on how homeless people are living. You never know ;-) Don't judge people by their looks. But you probably might be right.
