1:04:14 I had a general manager who was uppity like that and pushed their work on other people. It was a year into the job and I got put into a new store that was opening as a sales manager. This guy was a pain in my ass and always made petty threats when my section had maybe a spec of dust or some just really petty shit. So because of my position I was real protective over my section workers and I made sure they had a good working environment with chairs for breaks or if their feet hurt and the like. Well one day the GM started going off on this older woman that was working in my section which already got me pretty pissed, but then he almost got physical with her. Now my blood is boiling you don’t treat an elder like that end of discussion I’ll fuck you up so bad you’re eating through a tube if anyone does some shit like that. So I shouted at him in the deepest stern voice I could muster like a disappointed father and called his bitch ass over. I walked him outside the store out of the view of cameras…. Let’s just say he learned not to fuck with the hard working employees at the store or he’ll get boy treatment. I knife handed him into oblivion and did what some may consider assault but I call it correcting a fucking problem. Then I gave him something to consider we’re both grown ass men if I have to put my hands on him to correct his behavior 4-5 times he shouldn’t be in this business if he’s gonna treat people like that. 2 months later he had a heart attack which he recovered from but luckily he didn’t return to my store. If you keep throwing stress around it just goes to show you might die from it.
