basin tungod sa new set of judges and given the fact nga bag-o pa sila sa pss (wala sila kita sa last year nga toledo ) and also maybe wala sila kaayo ganahan sa mining nga concept or the dance genre.

​@@nieldenila8048 i think gov. gwen clarified at the final judging that Toledo were not given the deduction bcuz it was not their fault not starting right away. It was the prior contingent fault that exited slower than expected . Yes, I agree that they should place much higher with the enormity of the production number.
