As per the photos displayed, it is a clear case that the constructions are done in FTL / Buffer zone. If the illegal constructions are not demolished, there is a heavy risk to the occupants at a later date by the nature.

Sir It is to bring to your notice in many tanks the area of the respective tank is not clear. There are patta lands occupied by water, belonging to private persons. So Irrigation And Revenue depts must demark the ares clearly. Lay outs shouldn't have been given in FTL level by the authorities. Anybody could have bought that.
