Tolkamp chopping corn

September 30, 2021 - Contractor Tolkamp harvests the corn at a dairy farm:
- Claas Jaguar 870 forage harvester with Kemper 445 6-row harvesting header and Bomech Super Bunker.
- Ginaf X4345 agrotruck with Joskin Drakkar forage box.
- Ginaf X4446 agrotruck with Joskin Drakkar forage box.
- Liebherr 538 wheel loader with skeleton bucket.

Als je dit zo ziet dan vraag je je toch af waarom loonwerkers niet standaard met zo’n hakselcombinatie werken. Dit moet toch aardig wat manuren schelen zou je zeggen. Je kan het minimaal met een trekker (en chauffeur) minder af. En wellicht scheelt het nog meer, want de tijd om te laden is ook veel minder.

Klopt scheelt zo 1 combi en een mannetje. Veel makkelijker met doorsteken, en kleine hoekjes weghakslen.

@@mikatebokkel4545 als het hard gaat staat idd hakselaar wel eens te wachten. Op de kuil moeten ze het ook kunnen vastrijden 😉

@@petertolkamp3475 dat lijkt mij dus ook. Helemaal als je ziet hoe lang de trekkers normaal op het land rijden naast de hakselaar of zelfs staan te wachten, die doorlooptijd is nu veel korter omdat het laden veel sneller gaat.

Hi, i think this Extra bunker only works safe in flat ground. Can this Jaguar 870 have capacity for 6 m ( 8 row ) header?

Geht halt vermutlich nur da wo es komplett Eben ist, leichtw Steigung oder hanglage geht da sicher nicht gut. Aber mega geile technik gefällt mir gut! Hat das teil einen drehkranz dass man es als normalen kipper auf der strase fahren kann?

Könnt man den auch wie einen normalen anhänger hinterherziehen wie du sagst bei strasenfahrt und hinten aufheben und vollhäckseln? Damit man auch bisschen am hang fahren kann? Also quasie wie wenn ein häcksler einen kipper oft hinten angehängt hat zum aushäckseln. Geht überladen nur wenn man den seitlich dreht oder ging es auch nach hinten?

What distances do they have to travel to justify buying a truck only for this, and accumulator for cutter. Firm that is cutting for us have 3 HAWE trailers on tractors, and 12 row cutter. We have fields up to 10km away and usally that's enought for them to go non stop on cutting. This setup can easly do 25 Ha/ day.

Well, truck can go faster than most tracktors. Plus if the trucks are on carrying maize then tracktors can do other jobs. That combine trailer means that a it doesnt need someone drivimg woth it all the, that means the combine rarely needs to wait for a truck and you will need a lot less machines carting the maize. All of that means less expenses, so I think that justifies it

@@gaijar4987 as i said. It kinda doesn't make sense on small distances. Since u can just buy a tractor trailer wich does both corn and grass handling, if u have 3 of those 12 row combine won't wait at all. Yes tractors can do other jobs but u still need drivers, and it is a lot easier to find tractor driver than a truck driver. And for last reason not to buy truck, it have to be at least agri one with 6x6 or 8x8 or it ll stuck on first ocasion. It wuld make sence tho if i had like 500+Ha, and i culd use them later for manure, grass, and light works on field (agri usally have 3 point atachment)

The trucks on this video are used for silage, transporting liquid manure and spreading manure. And they have a tractor license plate so someone with a tractor drivers license can drive the truck
