Are tankless water heating systems now standard in new builds?

They are very common but it tends to be more dependent on price point and builder. If you're looking at or above roughly the $800k and up range there's a good change it will be tankless.

Yes, it’s got a good layout, and those vaulted ceilings in the living room is hard to beat! Let us know if there’s ever anything we can do. There are some other great new builds at lower price points all over the place in Colorado.

This is a beautiful home, as was the one featured earlier this week. These are well-produced videos! I've enjoyed just logging in, watching, and relaxing with the funky background music during the tours. And yes--the loft area would be an awesome home office! Keep up the great work!
