Damn! Flabbergasted by every small bits of things you've done: music, narration, cinematography and everything else. Relished every second of it. I've subbed a year before and has been enthralled since then. Keep doing what you've always done. Good luck.

Tashi Delek, Rohith! My parents are tibetan living in India. Myself born and brought up in India. I live in Germany since 20 years. I spent 6 months in Chennai due to my profession. I always enjoy your motorvlogs. Your videos are an inspiration. I own 125 cc scooter and have started going out on a ride on my off days. Ride far and safe!❤

4:00 These modern Tibetan villages are not ghost villages. In 2015, the CCP government launched a scientific grazing policy to protect the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and prevent land desertification caused by overgrazing. At present, 20% of Tibetans are herder,The CCP government hopes to control the number to less than 10%. A large number of herders will settle in these new villages. Those ghost new Tibetan villages are not without people, usually elderly and children at home. Some adult herders enter the city to work and improve their lives, while others are still grazing on ranches far from the settlements and return home only in winter and autumn. They still retain their nomadic life, and new life needs time to adjust. My English is not good, I hope I conveyed my explanation accurately.

By the way,India and China may have war on territorial issues, all of which are caused by India's stupid leaders. China once proposed to India the exchange of northern Kashmir territory for Indian-occupied southern Tibet (Arunachal Pradesh), but was rejected by Indian negotiators. This was originally the best way for India and China to resolve territorial disputes. It is really a pity. Indian leaders need more wisdom.

Thank you for presenting these amazing journeys to us. An open query, if you could share how much would you rely on Himalayan as a solo rider (unlike present backup) , when comparing reliability of Enfield components like EFi and electrical-harnesses to other reliable brands(Austrian/Japanese) at similar price range and beyond warranty period. Secondly, suitability with luggage laden weight for trips involving considerable amount of broken-gravel roads for places like Himalayas foot or nepal or north-east India ? Cheers ! P.S: riding TBTS without any (electric/mech) mods for 9 years and now weight & reliability bothers me, with my weight at 67kgs; but need dual purpose budget bike.

Hey Rohith, the houses are built by the Chinese expecting a huge uptick of property sales as the economy boomed, but they were left empty when the uptick never happened, it's a problem all across China and something that is happening on a smaller scale in India now as well. I'm guessing you have an idea about the politics of the whole situation considering you always call the place Tibet. :) But if any viewer is interested, look up China and Tibet, and also Chinese housing speculation.
