Why is tom fighting in a wedding ceremony?

I’ve seen the movie, Tom was hired at a hotel to exterminate Jerry. The wedding was in said hotel. Tom and Jerry then left the hotel after an incident and were taken to the pound. Tom was manipulated by the villain (I forgot his name) to go back and kill Jerry again. He did the same for Jerry

This is why I prefer Jerry to be called as a villain. He's a psychopath who just sadistically enjoys ruining and murdering lives.

Nah man, it's not his fault, Terrence lied to Jerry in order to get his wants, he knows that the two have been enemies since the 40's. They almost was about to be best friends, but despite their goals, a lot of people want to go against the idea, the moral lesson for this is that is not always the blame of Tom and Jerry, people train their pets to catch mice and eat them. The Film was probably inspired by Spider Man into The Spider-Verse, where the film teach you to change your version of that character.

Probably because they didn't want to have them go through so many actors considering that they've been going at it since 1940. They did talk in the 1992 movie, but the audience didn't like that, so I guess they decided to keep them silent for the 2021 film.
