Using one of the exotic backpacks that give all three cores will up your damage quite a bit ^^. the capacitor really benefits from having a red and a yellow core in that slot. Plus getting that blue core makes that unbreakable all the better. If you were to use the ninjabike BP and swap one piece walker and harris for a brazos. You wouls still get the 3 peice walker bonus on top of a free skill tier from 2 piece brazos. Vigilance is good and all but with capacitor and the ninjabike your getting 7.5% from the yellow then 15% from the red plus the talent of the exotic to boot.

What is the best build for armor regeneration?

@@BRANDONTHOMAS-wj8ev I’d have to ask a few questions before making that decision. What type of game play? PVP or PVE? Any build you can add regen to. Pve I’d say Bulwark. I don’t play PVP sir so can’t much help on that side. I’d try 4 pc Foundry Bulwark to see if that suits your needs. I can do a video on it if you need me to sir
