You’re a damn good player in general, jay - my conclusion, as I think I commented on your last regen video, based on my own experience as a less than good player, is that the main ingredient in regen builds being worth it is fundamentally being a good player. I’ve tried regen builds with a lot more regen than this and I still get demolished by the meta, or spotter-vigilance, or what have you. Status builds still chew through it pretty easily. That’s not a fault of those builds or of your own (I have to stress this is not a criticism of your build, because it might sound that way); instead, it’s partly me not moving well enough to exploit the regen, and partly the devs for making regen so pitifully weak, even in the 80k+ range. To my mind, you’re the regen king of D2 in the sense that you’ve mastered the play style and it grooves with your PvP approach, so at least when I try one of your builds and I fail, I can point to my own flaws and shortcomings. The build is certainly not the problem. I just appreciate your entire approach in trying different things, to keep some spice in the PvP dish. Much respect.

I remeber you bro, I can't remember the exact video you commented on, but it was definitely a regen build, but thanks again for the compliments....none of what you said was out of line or anything and I really appreciate the recognition. What i will say tho is that you gotta remember these videos are pretty much like highlight reels. I take all the best moments from my sessions and put them together in a way that displays the builds, but with that being said, trust me bro I take just as many L's as anyone else when it comes to facing meta builds, or status, or whatever it may be...just keep playing your game and I promise you'll see improvement and maybe even become a lil OD😎 Thanks for watching the videos and for supporting even when I didn't have any followers...besides my Love for gaming you guys are the main ones I keep grinding for💯 FYI I may have to pin that "regen king of div2" comment somewhere....just to let all the sweats know I want ALL THE SMOKE✊🏿

The whole point of regen builds is to move like crazy to give enough time for the build to do it's thing. On my humble opinion, it's better to stick to normal dps builds. If you have a good team, let them take the damage and run a 3/3 build are you are going to see an improve on your gameplay as long as you know where to stand. Hope this is helpfull :)

This isn't that far off from my non-ninjabike SMG build. Firewall, The Grudge, Golan Gear Mask, Anarchist Cookbook backpack, Ridgeway's Pride Chest, Firm Handshake, Emperor's Guard, and Belstone Holster. Gives the same amount of base regen plus the regen from bleeds on targets with Ridgeway's, Attributes and Mods prioritize Critical Hit Damage > Armor Regen > Status Effects, and I run Striker's shield for the increased damage and the shield lets me balance between regening armor and regening shield. I used to run it quite a bit in Legendary Summit. I should probably see what I can do with it using the Ninjabike, though I'm not sure I'd make use of the extra yellow cores to make the switch off Ridgeway's worth it (ridgeway's also synergizes well with The Grudge and Perfect Vindictive).

Yeah it is bro🤣 I think we sleeping on regen a bit with this update...I don't run into as many agents running the fox's/contractors combo anymore, and without that crazy damage plus the damage boost from Picaro's this build definitely leveled up a bit💯

💯 In my opinion, Metas are the worst part about RPGs...I'm sure we can all agree there is a ton of loot available in the game, sometimes I forget certain pieces exist, but that's what happens when we all fixate on the same gear. Case in point, I'm thinking about revisiting the Backfire next...and I'm looking forward to the vid bro, I might have to jump back into Conflict after all this time...

Good video, but I would like to see a pvp battle in Conflict between some players wearing the Ninjabike and the others wearing the Momento. The winners of that would settle the debate once and for all. I personally prefer the Ninja Bike .

I've gotten a few comments on Memento, and I agree that the regen/damage buff is comparable, but in terms of pvp use, NinjaBike is more efficient... the amount of effort it would take to recollect all those kills confirms to reach max stacks again after every death would be pretty inefficient... I love memento, but it's mainly on my pve builds atm💯 Although, it would be an interesting battle🤔

I do new build everyday 😂 but this one is the one I allways return to. Before my allmost year long brake from d2 i had exact same pieces except no picaros and ninjabag, had golan holster and memento. It was like a bulldozer after two landmarks. And still is. But if there is lots of rogue activity going on then the ninjabike bag is best for dz. Matador bag is also fun if i really need some more crits. Yesterday I finally managed to kill a rogue who had bigger proficiency level 😂 damn it felt good

As far as regen goes memento is the superior choice IMO. The gear set perks unlocked by the messenger are not that good except the 15% chd from sokolov but then again the memento gives + 30% damage at full stacks and its regen is massive. The memento’s regen is stronger than the 3 pieces of 1% regen you have on the build so… even the catharsis would be the better option because it gives damage boost and survivability at the same time. But in the end unfortunately like said before regen builds are not strong enough and chd builds will burn through it easily. Even haz pro + headshot builds are way more efficient.

I admit that the overall regen on memento is better, but in terms of what's more efficient in pvp I'de have to stick with NinjaBike... In order to utilize the full stacks and armor regen for memento we would have to either kill a bunch of npc before a fight or go on a 30 kill manhunt, now I have confidence in my pvp ability, but 30 kills in this current pvp atmosphere(solo) is a challenge 🤣 Ninjabike also allows us the opportunity to wear all the pieces I showcased where that would not be possible with memento....thats why I made the comparison to my previous build during the breakdown. Catharsis is also a good choice for regen and damage, but once again I would have to give something up in terms of damage/regen if i would use that piece as well....and your right damage wise crit builds do alot more damage than this one, but in terms of overall versatility especially solo, I'm choosing this option everytime 💯 and also I play on ps5 so as good as headshot damage is, its very hard to he consiststent with it on console.....thanks for watching the video bro and your feedback💯

Oooh I didn’t pay attention and didn’t realize you played on console dude. Alright then I get it. I play on pc and the difference between the 2 platforms In terms of aiming capabilities is huge. Thus regen builds are completely irrelevant on pc because people can usually beam heads consistently and regen never even has a chance to either kick in or is too weak unless you have that memento fully stacked I’ll give you that. And even then it is never enough anyway. So yeah it figures that you wouldn’t need that much regen and in turn would focus on other attributes on consoles. Alright man, cool video:)

Dang bro, I feel your pain on that one🤣...I appreciate you watching the vidz and your compliment on the build...try targeted loot farming, I think the best way to farm particular exotics is targeted loot on bounties....so when you see smgs in an area where they have a bounty (preferably heroic) knock those out. I notice that the exotic drop rate is pretty high in those...

Thank you bro, and yes i've come across that issue as well. NinjaBike has been bugged ever since launch, so you may have to experiment with unequipping/re-equipping Ninjabike and corresponding gear pieces that may or not be working to ensure your bonuses are active...let me know if that works for you✊🏿

Thanks for watching bro and im glad your enjoying the build💯 the idea behind Technician is to synergize with the skill cores from NinjaBike and Picaro's for the Chem Launcher heal....the idea is to drop your heal before shooting or when taking damage to have healing on top of all the Regen....with Technician we are are able to reach skill tier 3 on the Chem Launcher, which unlocks a better heal👍

No expertise does not affect the amount of arrnor regen you can put on your build, If your looking for the same amount that I have in the build make sure you have the same amount of minor attributes rolled to armor regen....

If you have all the exact same pieces and all the same regen attributes rolled I'm really not sure bro, the only thing i can think of is maybe you have your pvp stats toggled in your menu...I believe when your in the dark zone or in pvp the pvp stats will be the ones that show in the menu by default and vice versa when your outside the dz or pvp area(white house) it shows non pvp stats....so my geuss is maybe my stats are showing overall statistics(not in dz or menu not toggled to show pvp stats) and when your looking at yours you may either be in a pvp area, or you have pvp stats toggled on in your menu...

At the moment, I would say no. Catharsis is insanely powerful when paired with certain pieces, and there's not much that can match it straight up. Regen is just my preferred playstyle and something that can stay competitive with Catharsis.

I really don't like how you don't have the floating damage on screen. It really is a vital part of a build video. We all want to see those numbers, and besides, why wouldnt you want to see your own numbers? Every single gle time I fight someone I check my damage numbers to see if they have anything blocking my damage or know if they have glass cannon or whatever. It's just an important part of the game and build videos. Cause you could be doing measley 50k crits against scrubs and we wouldn't know cause you don't have tour damage numbers on.

@@odgaming677 it's on automatically, so you had to have turned it off at some point. When you do it I think you should pick "floating?" That way you see them all pop up on the side. Don't use the default option. But it really is important, because at this point you don't have any idea how much damage you're doing which is kindve important lol You probably turned it off cause you didn't like it or something, but you need it.

Even with amplified from LD it can't hang with the META. You lose too many attributes with the bag, not to mention what you're losing running armor regen.

I honestly wouldn't recommend it for pve...I don't see why it wouldn't work, especially for pve in the dark zone, but I made it with pvp in mind, and there are definitely better pve builds out there....
