We know pedal files are in the Catholic church, but when it is politicians and celebrities, then it is a "conspiracy theory". Which is a derogatory term to squash critical thinking. No different than Scientology calling their opponents "WOGs" and "squirrels", or Jehovah's Witnesses calling non-believers "worldly" and critics "apostates" and "mentally diseased". Now while I think Tom Cruise is VASTLY overrated as an actor (I personally think he's just average at BEST) that DOESN'T take away from the fact that everything I've EVER heard or read has agreed one ONE point: he WANTS to learn how to do stunts so that he can do his OWN stunts (unlike MOST other actors/actresses) and puts in as much time as possible trying to learn. THAT fact has EARNED him my respect.
