Just lie down on your bed if u have a bad day, put this on repeat and listen to it loudly on your headphones, stare at the ceiling, lose yourself, just let this sound take you... Or just sort things out in your head listening to this... After all this song is refuge, and you are or can be the refugee... Right now, I am the refugee, I'm staring out into the sky just listening and losing myself....

This is why i listen to electronica. After months of weaving through mediocre or slightly above average songs, when you finally find an artist like this, the pay-off is utterly revitalizing. It's music like this that tells a story and encourages you to search for more just like it, be however hard. Tom Day is refreshingly unique and what i would consider brilliant. Thanks Sheeps, for uploading his work, and a BIG thanks to Tom Day himself for creating it.

While listening to this song, I closed my eyes and saw myself at a crossroads. I knew in my heart what was right, and chose the roadless path down the middle. I was ridiculed and shamed by people walking down the 2 separate roads on either side of me. They were throwing stuff at me. They were walking with ease and I was struggling through mud and trees. Then I saw a giant and beautiful castle up ahead of me. I only saw it if I stood directly on my roadless path. If I moved to the left or right, it vanished...and therefore, no one else could see it but me. What a valuable little vision. I struggle, because I am neither this or that...i am not extremely any certain way, but at the same time, my core beliefs mean a whole lot to me. So, it is hard to find any meaningful friends (I do have my partner, kids, and family). It’s really lonely at times. I sometimes question if I am okay the way I am, residing in this grey area of life...I’m guessing the castle is to say that maybe I am on the right path for me.

We would spend our days in the fields, together, cast in our moments, the ones we shared, can't lose. We were young, but you were there - through everything. From childhood, through school, we were inseparable. Through our teens, those awkward months, those flowing years. Do you remember? How we grew old - just us! Please remember. The children, their children, and we saw all this, we saw it all together, and here we are. It's nearly the end, but I'm here. I'll always be here, and soon we'll be together again. Meet me at the crossroads.
