I like to use the wet/dry formula wet first and then one coat dry. I haven't used either of these 2 palettes, but I do not always want to wear dark colors. The lighter colors look like frosty goodness to me!

Hmm… the Tan Light one did not sit well in pores and looks orange and metallic. I thought I want a couple of items, but I love Mood Light and still adore First Frost quad from 2 years ago. The new additions don’t excite that much. TF has to step up!

Michele, you can blend the shades to custom blend instead of using them straight off something doesn't work for you. You don't have to stick to the book. These products look very nice though.

I believe there are very few people out there that would appreciate chalet lust. Just like the name of the palette gives it away, it is made for a nice evening out in the snowy mountains with fondue or rolling down skiing on a sunny winter day when less makeup is actually more. Made for the women that does not want to appear like a bimbo with her makeup overdone. Rather wants her character and "ski skills" do the talking. ;) Tom knows what he is offering women out there but again not everyone knows how to appreciate what he is offering, which is WHY it is not made for the masses. The apres ski is rather more the selling palette. Thanks Michelle for this great review.

I like Peach Light and the original Mood Light a lot. I'm not sure whether or not the Peach Light would be light enough on me, but I would definitely give it a try! Same with the lighter gold in Nude Light. That warm toned eyeshadow palette would be far too orange on me, though. There are so few neutral and cooler toned palettes! And the light colored palette is far too light and wishy washy. And by the way, it's pronounced "A-prey" when you say "aprés," which means after in French. Otherwise lovely video as always!
