Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille vs Franck Boclet Tobacco, Which Do You Like Better?

Im 24,and I rock tobacco vanille I can say almost every 2-3 days,my wife loves it when I have this on me and also I never worry about re-spraying it,because as you all know this will stay on skin all day long and will project like no ones bussines. Greetings from Belgium.

Love them both, i got a sample of FB Tobacco not long after it was released from first in fragrance and purchased a fb a few weeks later, i use it year round along with tabac rouge but tob van is my christmastime scent, you summed these up well man cheers.

I prefer Franck Boclet's Tobacco, it is more balanced and smells smoother, very cozy, beautiful fruits in there) When I had TV, I used to get a lot of ash, cloves and could pick most notes in there seperately. I think that TV is O.G. masterpiece and better, but it just was too much for me:))You are great reviewer Sebastian, more I get into frags more I respect you, love Pierre Gillaume Coze and Histoires de Parfums Marquise De Sad I got by your recommendations:)

I was first introduced to Tobacco Vanille through a beard oil gifted by my wife. Since than I've been a big fan of Tom Ford. I've been eyeing the 50ml bottle than you pull this beast out lol. I will definitely be adding this to my winter collection, I just purchased the Tuscan Leather, n WOW I can't wait for winter to come down here in Ga so I can wear it. The ones in my collection that I can't currently wear I tend to spray a little on my wrist, or top of my hand at night just to sastify me. Great videos.

Love Tobacco by Franck Boclet! Very good to see the brand getting some attention. Leather and Amber are as well very good fragrances from the house. Tobacco Vanille is one of my all time favourites, but Tobacco FB is sharing that same spot. Great comparison of two amazing scents!

Hey, I have once sampled the Tobacco Vannile from a friend but I found that week in projection and longevity. I think the sample was from a recent batch. I have heard that 2012 or earlier batches are beast but yet to source them. As per the smell goes I found it awesome and very sweet. I guess I could use a little spicy take on that (read FB Tobacco) till the time I can source the older batch TF TV.

Hi... I've got Tobacco Vanille (Tom Ford), bought it recently, but I'm really disappointed: the longevity is not so long and the projection is weak, I almost cannot smell anything when I use it. Could it be possible that a reformulation has been made, as it has also happened with other fragrances? Tell me if you know, please. I've heard wonderful comments about Tobacco Vanille, but I can't say the same, unfortunately. The production date of the one I have is February 2018 (batch code is A28). Anyway, thank you very much for your review.

Hi Sebastian, have you ever try it Tabac from house called Zlaza perfume, I never smelled Tobacco Vanille from T. F, but boy o boy if it smells as good as Tabac from Zlaza that I don't need to spend hundreds of pound to buy T.F when I can pay only $45 for 100ml.

I love Boclet Tobacco. It's really nice and a great tobacco note. Also love TV but find it more boozy and louder.

FB Tobacco is a better work and daily fragrance for me. There is a fecal thing going on in TV that makes me not like it as much. Not to mention, the price of TV is a bit much considering the recent formulations are weak AF

First of all: This is a designer’s perfume but has a niche price. Second: This should be compared to Chergui, not to Tobacco Vanille. It’s a much wearable version of Chergui. I said “much wearable “ because I can’t see myself wearing Chergui, I tried to like it but I couldn’t, it has that mature vibe that makes me feel 15 years older than I am. Overall: I am not impressed, I had higher expectations. It doesn’t seem to project too much, more like a skin scent.
