That's the opposite of bitter. YOU on the other hand, are seeing negativity where she's being very positive and complementary, so if anyone's bitter, it's you.

No, I saw lots of respect. She expressed love for him, but I don't think it was necessarily was (or should be) romantic love. Re-kindling romantic sparks would be too "Hollywood", messy and foolish. Consider Elizabeth Taylor & Richard Burton, or Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. They seem like lovely people in this interview, but they are still artistic types. Things could go horribly long again. Just keep the relationship cordial and respectful, and it will remain beautiful.
