I made a little research while traveling home from the cinema: Tom is on the cast list for Avengers 4. Also you can find an article with a video where Tom talks about Loki and says ,,everything is fine”. Loki is too BIG character to be gone just like that. We all know what he did was stupid, too stupid for him, and I think that means something ~ he would not do that just because he had some... weak moment or what.
