At the young age of 75? My grandkids got me started on the Avengers and my fascination with Loki and Tom Hiddleston the actor. I may be his oldest Hiddlestoner. Watching after all these years, as I do--I love this interview--and the description of the well he gives, of throwing in what inspires him, connects him to a role, and then jumping in and papering the walls...that is exactly what it feels like as an author when developing characters and plot. Photos, music, interviews, colors, etc. It's extraordinary to me how artists, no matter their art, tend to lean toward a very similar thought process.
