Tom Hiddleston is best-known for battling marvel superheroes as the villain Loki in "The Avengers" and the "Thor" film, but for his latest role in the biopic "I Saw The Light,” Hiddleston is singing a different tune, playing country music-legend Hank Williams. He speaks to TODAY’s Tamron Hall and Dylan Dreyer about the challenges of making the new film.

I take an interest in body language and have taken various college courses that touch on the subject and when he says he doesn't know why anyone would let him move into their houses, the girl in blue tenses her forehead as she smiles, which doesn't naturally go with a smile, meaning she disagrees with the statement. And the girl in read backs away a little, which could or could not mean she disagrees too. There's no tell in her face though

ArgyleGroove if you watch any of his other interviews, he speaks openly about studying Hanks life and he spent hours listening to radio broadcasts ofHank and other archival stuff. Tom did his homework and as an avid Hank fan, I’d say he did well in his portrayal of Hank Williams. He wasn’t as “off” as some might say. I think it was mostly the idea of a Brit playing a Southern American icon

Are u kidding me he put so much effort into this part he actually Surrounded himself with as much Hank Williams County stuff as he could even went so far as to move in with a country musician to help train him .the only reason y some ppl didn't like Tom playing Hank was because he's from the U.K . And some feel that either Hanks grandson who isn't even an actor .or Matthew Mcconahay who was the wrong age for the part should have played him it has nothing to do with the acting or his singing.
