Oh my gosh... this appreciation post will be LONG, so I'm so sorry to those who hate reading long comments (just go on to the next comment)❤️😍😳 It is Prince's Born Day today, June 7th, and I have only heard ONE PERSON able to sing CORRECTLY (besides Prince of course) Purple Rain and here we go...it's Sir Tom Jones. Saying "thank you" doesn't seem like enough appreciation but I have watched you, Mr. Jones, since you were on television in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the early 70's. My beautiful mother and I both loved your singing since the beginning of your career! My mother just couldn't wait to see what songs you were going to sing weekly. Then, after your show, was the 30 minute local news, and afterwards our local crazy guy, Gaylord Sartain, which many now know as a great actor, and his good buddy Gary Busey (who was as crazy then as he is now🤣) In between their hilarious skits they would show old horror movies such as Frankenstein and The Mummy. It was my favorite night of the week! Then it was bedtime and we could NOT WAIT until your show on television the next week. Thank you for the time you take for your fans. You have left such beautiful memories in your life throughout the whole world. You are truly appreciated and loved. ❤️🥰
