I don't think Jones meant any disrespect to Elvis. He was just remembering a funny story about his friend. We all have stories like these about people we've lost. I know I do. I love Elvis and Tom.

Chill people. I'm a huge Elvis fan and this is a very funney story. I don't think Tom meant Elvis was fat at the time but leather trousers can be hard to pull up especially if they are tight and you've been sweating. I should know. This story is probably from 1974ish when he was still a slender man.

Fyi.. Elvis bought some leather outfits from North Beach Leather, out of S.F. back then. The leather had no lining, so it was hard to pull up.
