Just watched the Tiges afl site I for one have had my doubts when it comes to Sampson but from what I seen he was holding his own Strength wise against Nank and a few so that’s pleasing

Lynch changes the whole make up of Richmond if he can just stay fit & play more games than not Tigers will win games, I think Lynch is just as important now with the young Tigers as he was during the premiorship years, I realy hope Tigers get 2 or more years of a fit Lynch, thanks 4 the updates on players Go TIGERS IN 25

⁠@@BigFootyTigerscastYes also like a new recruit with a heap of experience just Lynch crashing packs & getting the ball to ground week in week out gives us a chance, it will b a lot different to 24 where the ball comes out the forward 50 quicker than it went in, if Lynch stays fit, uninjured & plays 15 to 20 games it would b no different to picking up one of the best power forwards in the trade period to go with the draft hand

With Lynch part of it is when he plays his games, if he can play most of the games before the bye it at least gives some of the young key forwards some time to develop in the VFL and sneak a few games at AFL level with him on the ground. (Tigers71 mentioned 3 tall set up so he can mentor on ground) I think Ryan makes it long term, rucks just take time and the new ruck rules suit him. KMac, when you watch games he is one of the leaders out there, telling people who to set up when a player is kicking for goal. Making sure people are in the right spot if they kick a behind. RalphSmith played high-forward as a junior and it shows with his finishing around goal. Ralphsmith will be a good offensive winger that pushes forward. He is really polished in the forward line when he pushes forward from the wing. With Ross, unless you're a gun elite mid you need a second position. IDK what it is for Ross, but they tried him at HB in the VFL early and now wing. On the mistakes thing, DImma told MRJ when he debut I want you to take the game on and make mistakes cause that's how you learn.

@@jordantedesco7604 he has been having a great pre season! My Smokey for round 1. He did pick up a slight knock / ankle tweak and came off early. Haven’t heard anything significant about the incident though so hopefully all ok

If you recall Dimma started trying to play him mid and half forward. Did Dimma know he'd lost a step or something? Gold coast game last year Dimma straight up tagged rioli from the start of the game. He knew who the most damaging half back was.

@@lukemckean6155 definitely a possibility and I wouldn’t be against it. It’s basically a free hit with how young our side is. As long as we are having a crack each week and showing some direction I don’t think many will care too much about ladder position. It’s when you play with seemingly no effort that it becomes an issue

No, they should be aiming higher. This idea that you need to spend years at the bottom to keep collecting high draft picks & whatnot is bogus. You need to teach young players how to win.
