I haven't listened to Tom in the past too much, but only because I've been stuck in my own head. What a talented young man...and his wife!...What a team! All of the songs I've heard were chest hitters! And all of her videos are so well done. I love the talent coming out in the past few years, Tom MacDonald, Upchurch, ACAL, Struggle Jennings, Demon Jones and one of the newer ones I've been listening to Brodnax. I am 58 and never listened to anything rap growing up unless you consider Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby song rap. (Hush y'all! 😁). But this song though! Growing up with addicts and alcoholics that I loved so deeply, who were hurting so badly is heart wrenching...this song hits so beautifully. Thank you Tom.

i will be honest this made me cry a lot because i battle depression and borderline personality disorder daily and occasionally suicidal thoughts and so does the person im close to in texas their illnesses are untreated because they cant afford to get the treat ment they need and even though i think they are perfect and love them so damn much they just think they are fucked up freak and would be better of dead it absolutely breaks me because i cant do anything for them
