What amazing, is that Tom reaches SO many people, so many DIFFERENT people. I'm a 52 yo Straight White Male, a Retired Soldier, and I'm watching people reacting to Tom that doesn't make any sense. I'm CONECTING with people, that the Media has told me I have no business talking to. We Talk TO each other, not Yell AT each other. Tom is a Lyrical GENIUS, and has definitely done what no song in the last 25-30 years has, made me FEEL. My personal TM Favorite song/video is "Best Rapper EVER" (NOT what you think), but you can't really go wrong with ANY TM song/video. You guys are GREAT....Keep doing what you're doing.

I feel like this is the "real" Tom. His other "characters" each represent one aspect of his personality. This is who he is at his core. In a world trying to get us to hate each other, Tom reminds us that it's a better path to love one another. And that's why, even though I will likely never meet him, Tom is family and I've got his back. And I'm pretty sure the rest of HOGfam feels the same way.

Can't wait to go to one of his concerts after this pandemic! nice reaction, subd! I like that you guys are just winging it and figuring it out as you go, every video you make you can see the quality improve. If I were you I'd just write down a list of all his songs on paper cut them up and do a blind drawing and let new stuff take priority. Overall though I felt like most of them were depressing and lacked the extra spark of originality. The guy is good but I think not living up to his potential. Ultimately it wasn't the style J&J enjoy.

@@hannahvangoor3238 that’s cool...I use to deal with mental health issues and I find him very relatable...and his last few songs to me were positive because he gives good advice:..men rarely speak about what they go through so he helps ppl and the millions who go through it realize their not alone...and his song Clouds has nothing to do wit mental health...Same reason why I like Tom Macdonald and his GF Nova because they also talk about mental health and Tom has always been open about his mental breakdown and past drug abuse...it’s just relatable...and we would just have to disagree wit the whole originality thing..his videos alone speak volumes...they look like movies..the cinematography is amazing...no one is doing that and no one is speaking about what he’s speaking about in bars the way he does...Most just rap about bitches, drugs and what they own..he manages to get a message across without using not one curse word...Every song is somehow linked together like a trilogy...leaving Easter eggs and breadcrumbs from video to video..who else is doing that..the spark and depressing thing is subjective but originality?...point out who else is doing what he’s doing...I also think someone going through what he went through...The child abuse and the mental health issues and still managed to be a successful artist is pretty freakin positive...Being a child abuse survivor myself..I know what it takes to overcome...but of course ur free to ur opinion...Thanks for responding

No offense meant. I know he has his own following. It’s just not for us 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s like...music that’s good for a desired mood. If you want to feel some type of way, you’d listen to him, and that’s all well and good, just not our cup of tea. She may enjoy a hit or two of his, but Tom is the only reason we were inspired to do this channel haha I know him and Tom has a song together that we’ll eventually get to (we both haven’t heard travelers yet) but unless they appear on a track with him again, we aren’t really gonna focus on them
