I have had SEVERAL Spinal surgeries in the last few years being on/off/on/off a lot of opiates, I finally forced myself to wean off in 2021 going to a Suboxone Treatment center, 3 months in I was like can I wean off of this now? 1 month after "halving" the dosage, she wanted to "halve" it again (so basically 1/4 of what I originally took) for another 2 months, I cut myself off completely - her last words were "Don't blame me when you come back" --- Been about 7 months and haven't came back!!!!

Worst drug type to get off of, i've had alot of stomach surgery and their just a different brand of addiction 😳 fentanyl is what I was on,but in patch form so it was in my system 24/7, wouldnt recommend anyone be given it unless its end of life care or just after surgery to help the actual pain, its really bad and it was bloody awful to come off of 🤢😞💜 I really hope you're doing better ❤️ i know once they start doing surgeries more seem to sometimes follow,but I hope you're in a better place, I had to just cut off ties with the pain doctors, mental likes,its horrible yours was that cruel and actually said "well ill see wat u say when u come back" to someone trying to reduce such addictive strong prescription drugs, like fuck them, they can take a few days worth of withdrawal at least then! it might humble some doctors up abit (especially some pain doctors they just chuck all sorts of heavy meds at you its disturbing)

I am lying in my bed in absolute agony, my arthritic bones (I'm only 47) are on fire because I can't get my prescription for my Durogesic pain patches!! Was that the brand you were on too? I am meant to use one every 3 days but because the pain got worse, I change them every 2 days but that leaves me short 5 patches, every month. I get 10 but now need 15. My regular doctor can't prescribe them from scratch only the consultant can and I can't see him as I'm 100 % bed bound the past 6 years, and he's in the local hospital! If fentanyl isn't abused, it's a fantastic drug. God bless from Ireland on the 13th of July 2022.
