I think I've finally figured out how to hear TMD. First time listening, just shut your mind off. Allow him to paint the pictures for you. Don't try to analyze anything. Just let the imagery and emotion wash over you and enjoy the trip. Second-tenth times you start to pick through the poetry. After you've got a dozen listens under your belt, then you can analyze the technicals. You have to break it down like that because there's just too damn much to get it all in the first few rounds.
