Hi Tom, I had crohns disease for several years, lost almost 60 pounds and I wasn´t physical active for over 5 years. I´m 34 6.2 and I´m sitting around 150 pounds, underweight. I should and I want start working out. Is your beginner program the right program when I want to start from scratch or are prerequesites necessary?

2 days/week isn't really enough for me. Do you think this program works if you just double it to 4 days/week?
@AdrianOnBars5 жыл бұрын
For me 2 days/week works well, I haven't tried 4. Generally for conditioning purposes (aka creating a better foundation) you don't want to do more than 2 days/week to maximize recovery. Learning the neurological component of skills is another story but this is not the aim of this program.

@@AdrianOnBars Thanks for the response Adria. I think I will get this program once I'm recovered from my injuries.
