Whenever I listen to this song, it reminds me of the euros final in 2024. I was an England fan and i was the happiest I had ever been when Cole palmer equalised, but the saddest when we lost. I live in England but was on holiday in Spain in my hotel watching the game. When we lost, I swear outside and just cried harder than I ever had done before. It shows the highs and the lows of sport. When I woke up the next day, I checked my watch to see what my sleep was like. And, funnily enough, I got like 95% light sleep and 5% deep sleep and REM. That shows how numb my mind got when we lost.

It's sad. As we grow up we see our people disappear 1 by 1 and it's scary because we realise it would continue. When you got old family relatives and you realise the clock is ticking fast for them it's hard to express. Grandfather died years ago. He was an alcoholic but otherwise a good person and I remember well how he brought me and cousin for forest hikes etc. Still got grandmother but she old and I know sooner or later a phone will ring and il hear something sad. It's a bad feeling knowing that time is running out for somebody we love.

I’m sure there have been more times and I’m certain there will be many more times it’s just what happens I’ll have to keep pushing forward and cherish my good memories with all of them

I have been loosing for a while now. Never won a single prize in my damn school life. Never had any friends in my teens. Had to witness domestic violence since 6 yrs of age. Was yelled and beaten for asking questions in my teens. Was stopped by adults to make the right decision and to stand up against the crimes and injustices I have witnessed. Am tired of people cussing about my mother and sister. I am not half as strong as people of my age. I feel miserable and sad all the time. I am just fuckin worthless. No one believes it when I tell them that anxities hurts me all the time. They all say I am making it up and think of me as delusional. I have trusted so many wrong people. I have failed in love too. There's no hope, I feel like there's no god, if he is then he isn't all powerful. I have lost my youth and childhood. All I am left with is now stress and anxities. It will never be better for me, everytime I have believed that it have just grown worse. I don't even know what am I doing in life, I don't want to live but scared of death
