Tom literally gave every hint imaginable to end it on a decent note, he was the definition of wholesome. Cameraman seemed more focused on the other guy nobody's heard of! "And that's all you get for free". Then funky kid starts back up again and crackhead dude is not done dancing . Even Norm was shouting trying to insert lyrics to Tom's imrpov that didn't even rhyme! At least Tom had the kindness to leave the room extra slowly still clapping along, trying to give the kid his moment. Oh man...

I've driven by or stopped at Norm's dozens of times since 2008 or so and never got lucky enough to meet Tom -- and I know he was in there all the time. I missed him by a few days in 2012 though, when I ended up buying one of Tom's trade-ins from California Vintage Guitar & Amp on Van Nuys...a Custom Shop '56 Strat relic. And damn it if that isn't the best guitar I ever got my hands on. Two-tone sunburst with the old 7.25" radius, 56/10 soft-V neck with vintage frets. $2,100

A lot of negative on the "tattoo guy" who happens to be Norm Harris son; Jordan Harris. If you have never met him in person, this video obviously gave many the wrong impression. Each time I have gone into the business, Jordan is polite and friendly. I'm going to guess he had a "cut up / silly vibe" going on which I can honestly say I have seen in my life time, many other doing the same. NormsRareGuitar is also a great place to visit; high end to low priced guitars. Nick and Mark and Joel are also super nice gents who don't / won't bug or pressure sell you.
