You know, I really have to thank you for uploading this song. I first heard it MANY years ago on New York City's now defunct Jazz station CD 101.9. I made the mistake of never recording it onto audio cassette and never finding out the name of the song/artist when it was being played. Now I stumbled upon it by chance. Thanks!

@BigMikeATL Yes, Yes, Yes! I feel just as you do. I LOVE this rendition of Kilimanjaro even better than Russ Freeman and the Rippingtons. Even though Russ has the wildlife animals sounds in his Tom gives you more of an African feel to his. This is one of Toms Greatest tunes and should be added to his Greatest List. I have this CD (somewhere) and I'm looking franticly for it.

What blows my mind is that this album isn't available on amazon or itunes. Worse, this song isn't on any of his "greatest hits" compilations. I don't get it. This song is brilliant.
