Honestly the aggregious shit that the police and prosecutors pull should be grounds for immediate dismissal. If the suspect was guilty well then you shoulda fucking operated properly and within the law. If he's convicted while guilty well then we're just reinforcing this shitty behavior by our criminal justice system and setting up more innocents to be sentenced or even the guilty to being fucked harder than they should have been on trumped up charges.
