He comes from a team that drew 0-0 at Nou Camp, 1-1 at San Siro...he himself scored against Chelsea and Dortmund. (And Inter, Sevilla from penalties. ) It will be interesting to see if he shines more or less than at Slavia. West Ham has bigger budget, but Slavia was on the bleeding edge of what’s possible with their season budget of about 27 million Euro, largely because of brutal physical numbers and organisation. Sarri said he never saw numbers like this in 20 years. They also had Czech expenses and were best in the country so they could mostly cherry pick “premium” players. West Ham seems to be run in a sloppy manner from the limited time I saw them. Here at Slavia it felt like he is 2 players, not one. Slavia worked as a unit, but he was the key player for the system. Btw the reason England lost vs. Czech Rep. is that the coach started only slightly modified Slavia Prague side with about 4 non-Slavia players from foreign leagues and the team was able to impose their play on England. DM/CM/box to box that ran the most in the whole Champions League. Very good defensive skills, covers large area, starts attacks and surprisingly often finishes them with headers or tap-ins. Also a leader, likes to take responsibility - penalties, motivating the team. Weaknesses: He is no Brazilian technically, but ok, and only moderately fast:-) Not the sharpest pencil in the case, but willing to learn:P

Myslím si že Souček patří mezi vynikající české fotbalisty a dovolím si říct neli nejlepší hráč české ligy,,ale to je přesně ono Ti nejlepší se dostavají do průměrných až podprůměrných anglických klubů,doba kdy čeští fotbalisté hráli za nadproměrné týmy je už dávno pryč,vemte si kdo hraje z českých fotbalistů někde jak kdysi co hráli Bary,Berger,Šmicer-Liverpool,Nedvěd-Juventus,Jankulowski-AC Milán,Čech-CHelsea,Ujfaluši-Atletico Madrid, Rosický.Arsenál smolař mnoho zranění jinak mohl hrát absolutní špičku světovou,pevně věřím že se Souček vypracuje na topku a půjde na vyšší level a nezapadne do průměru,mnoho českých kluků za vidinou lepších financí jdou kopat jen 2 anglickou ligu je to škoda,místo toho aby vyzrali nec hají se ovlivnovat odokolí a skončí někde i ve 3 lize.Český fotbalmomentálně prochází krizí,protože ta doba Nedvědů je pryč, a z česka se stáva zkorumpovaná země a mladým klukům zamotávají hlavy tím že jim natlučou do hlavy nesmysly,co si budem povídat český fotbal trpí po odchodu kluků kteří se narodili ještě před rokem 89 tak byli vychovabvaní v jiné koncepci a systému.Ted si budeme muset spoustu let počkat zdali se vůbec dočkáme kdy zase Česká republika bude patřit mezi dobré fotbalové země.Dnes je z Česka nesobestačná ,neprůmyslová země a to se taky odraží i na sportu,prostě taková je pravda,pokud politici rozkradají a tunelují ČR jak to potom může vypadat i ve fotbalu a dalších sportech,taky i sportovně stagnujeme
