It comes from "Guitar Speak Vol. 3", and album released on I.R.S. Records in 1991. It's a compilation album of instrumental tracks by various guitarists, written and recorded specially for this album.

I saw him play solo acoustic at a club in southern California when he was doing a brief solo tour. It was not his finest hour. But fortunately, he has so much more worthy stuff in recorded form for posterity.
