I been playing for over 17 years now and that guitar is amazing, I don't care what anyone says . Even if it is an old guitar who cares , it's his guitar and he loves it and makes beauty with it, and actually that looks like a really nice guitar

Yeeaah, gotta love our guitars as close friends. Aaand, the wood of the guitar enriches the tone as it ages, I believe the golden years of aging are between 30-40. Which means the guitar in the video might have a very good tone.

It's also a great way to destroy the tone of your instrument. It has a large, hollow body for a reason. Gouging a bunch of giant holes in the body completely defeats the purpose of having it to begin with. It's why his guitar sounds like a banjo.

He stated in an interview on Belarus TV that the guitar was damaged during a flight to a concert. He sealed the sound box and played it that way. He states he doesn't understand why it still plays well, even with all the damage.

I love how his guitar looks all old and beaten up. Guitar players might notice the sound hole supports, the woods, finishes, and the staggered frets. This guitar is seriously expensive. And he seems to have a few like this.
