Amazing. Know I know why the civil war was fought and why they never taught this in public schools!

Exactly what I just explained to my wife yesterday. Thats why South Carolina succeeded but before that they nullified as much as they could taxes and tariffs or any implintation of federal power in the individual states. It was not about slavery, it was about STATES POWER, STATE AND INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY, METHODOLOGICAL INDIVIDUALISM. It was about the federal government (Alexander Hamilton folk…) finally gaining ground over states. It started before the Revolution, it picked up in 1812 to the Crisis of 1819, then to Lincoln and the Civil War which is where it gets messy and hard to keep up with if you only belive it was fought over slavery, we fast forward a little to FDR and his social welfare state initiatives…. Eisenhower then finally signed over the nation to fascist.. JFK and RFK try to end it… try…. Then we get now from just before Carter - now was nothing but ran by the same families/friends who maintain this feral power over the states.
