I know I’m a little late but I am very thankful I found this tutorial. My dad used to sing this song to me when I was younger before I went to bed. Just hearing this song brings tears to my face. I’ve wanted to learn this song for years but I couldn’t find any good lessons out there. This one was easy and I got it on the first go around on the whole video. I just wanted to say Thank you Tomas for bringing back a memory I had with my father and for being such a good teacher. I appreciate all you do and I hope you have a great day(or) night!

One of the better lessons on this song out there! There is so much wrong on lessons for this tune, it's astonishing how many different ways folks play it. You do it right. I would personally let the g chord ring out while stretching my pinky to the A for the riff, so the g doesn't just cut out, or have someone else do it like Cat does live. It's 2 tracks on the album, the original video has him just strumming the g while not doing the riff.
